CT15_1-17: Visually Inspect Surface Conditions of Right-of-Way

Course describes right-of-way inspection by aerial, vehicle, and foot patrols. Reportable observations and reporting procedures are explained. It also describes how to perform a leak survey and monitor for pressure loss.
